Carolyn Wagner-Earles helped us purchase our home in Big Pine Key, Florida this year. We began looking for home in February and met Cal at an open house. We immediately developed a great rapport with her - she is easy to talk to and really wanted to help us find a house that we both loved. She was patient and worked really hard to fit lots of showing into limited time periods to accommodate our schedule. Cal has the great knowledge of the Real Estate market in the Lower Keys. She understands the strengths and weaknesses of the various neighborhoods, and showed us a nice variety of homes at various price points so that we could develop a good working knowledge of the market, which is so very important when you are buying homes in the Keys.
